  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded zucchini gently.
  5. Allow the batter to rest for about 5 minutes before stirring again.
  6. Add the chocolate chunks and fold until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
