  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/21 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Roll dough into one-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet about two inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on a wire rack.
  6. For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency is reached. Stir in vanilla extract.
