Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until well combined and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add in granulated sugar until smooth.
  5. Mix in eggs one at a time, ensuring no lumps remain, followed by eggnog, vanilla extract, flour, and nutmeg.
  6. Pour the filling over the baked crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for about 30–40 minutes until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool on a wire rack for about half an hour before refrigerating for at least three hours before slicing into squares.
