  • 1012 oz. chocolate (chopped into small pieces)

  3. Mix in brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well blended.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until it forms a thick dough.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish and chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter and return to the freezer for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts.
  8. Dip each chilled heart into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing on parchment-lined tray.
  9. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm, approximately 30 minutes.
