  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, diced tomato, sliced red onion, and black pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined.
  2. Place one tortilla on your clean workspace and spoon one-fourth of the filling mixture onto one half. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
