  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté diced chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until golden brown (6–8 minutes).
