  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter (unsalted)
  • 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 (8 oz) packages softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 16 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbly. Let it cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  5. Once cooled, gently fold in half of the sliced strawberries and half of the pretzel crunch into the cream mixture.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and top with remaining pretzel crunch and whole strawberry slices for garnish.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
