  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (or plant-based alternative)
  • Optional: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground lamb or beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion, carrots, and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
