  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 6 ounces fresh goat cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup + 4 tablespoons heavy cream (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Grate cold butter into the dry ingredients and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in chopped rosemary and crumbled goat cheese.
  5. Gradually add heavy cream until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
  6. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently about 6-7 times.
  7. Pat dough to about an inch thick and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter.
  8. Place on the prepared baking sheet, brush with remaining cream, and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
