  • 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherries (seed removed & sliced)
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • Few mint leaves (chopped for garnish)
  • Chia seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits under cool water and gently pat dry.
  2. Cube the watermelon by slicing off both ends for stability, then cut into thick wedges and cube.
  3. Remove green tops from strawberries and slice them lengthwise.
  4. Combine watermelon cubes, sliced strawberries, cherries, raspberries, and blueberries in a large mixing bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and agave syrup until combined.
  6. Drizzle dressing over the fruit mixture and gently fold to combine without crushing the fruit.
  7. Garnish with chopped mint leaves and chia seeds just before serving.
