1 cup fresh raspberries
2 teaspoons granulated sugar (optional)
4 ounces Moscato apple vinegar
2 ounces white grape juice
1 cup sparkling water or club soda
Ice cubes
Mint leaves and extra raspberries for garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, mash the fresh raspberries with sugar (if using) until they form a puree.
Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into another bowl to remove seeds.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the raspberry puree, Moscato apple vinegar, and white grape juice. Fill halfway with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Fill two glasses with ice cubes and strain the mixture evenly into each glass.
Top with sparkling water or club soda and gently stir to combine.
