  • 9 Slider Rolls or tray buns
  • 1/4 cup Pesto
  • 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the prepared dish.
  3. Spread the pesto evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Layer the cooked shredded chicken over the pesto.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls back on, pressing down gently.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic salt, and dried parsley; brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
