  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a deep oven-safe skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft and golden (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in dry white grape juice and heavy cream; stir until combined. Add pesto and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
  4. Stir in gnocchi and shredded chicken until everything is evenly coated. Heat through for about 1–2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and layer with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Optionally broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for extra color.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
