½ cup sparkling grape juice

½ cup peach puree (fresh or canned)
1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature, for frosting)
3–4 cups powdered sugar
3–4 tablespoons peach puree (for frosting)
1–2 tablespoons sparkling grape juice (for frosting)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
Mix in sparkling grape juice, milk, vanilla extract, and peach puree until combined.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just mixed.
Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting with peach buttercream made by mixing room temperature butter with powdered sugar, peach puree, and sparkling grape juice.
