1 medium seedless watermelon
1–2 pints large blueberries
Instructions
Slice the watermelon in half vertically and place one half cut-side down on a cutting board. Remove the rind, then slice into ¾ inch thick rounds.
Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out stars from each slice. Save leftover watermelon for snacking.
Assemble the kabobs by sliding one star onto a wooden skewer followed by several blueberries, then add another star at the end. Repeat until all fruit is used.
