  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (for sauce)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with half a cup of Parmesan cheese.
