  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; add cubed chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Sear until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
