  • 10 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 vanilla bean (or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract)
  • 8 cups cold water
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium mesh strainer over a bowl, combine lemon slices, Sucanat, mint sprigs, rosemary stems, and scraped vanilla seeds.
  2. Gently massage the lemon slices to release juices and blend flavors. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
  3. Once infused, strain the mixture into another bowl using the mesh strainer to extract maximum juice.
  4. Transfer the strained lemon mixture into a large pitcher and stir in cold water until well combined.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint or rosemary sprigs.
