  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slider buns (brioche or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Brush half of the maple syrup and Dijon mixture onto the chicken; bake for 10 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
  5. In the same skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and assemble sliders: place arugula, chicken, and bacon on each bun.
