  • ½ cup honey (or agave/maple syrup)
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 cups water (divided)

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the cubed mango and blend until smooth. For an ultra-smooth texture, strain through a fine-mesh sieve if desired.
  2. Create the honey syrup by mixing ½ cup honey with 1 cup of hot water until completely dissolved.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the mango puree, honey syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and remaining 5 cups of cold water. Stir well to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice.
