1 package lobster ravioli (or substitute with crab, shrimp, or cheese-filled)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
Juice & zest of 1 lemon
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the lobster ravioli and cook according to package instructions until al dente (3–5 minutes). Drain carefully without rinsing.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil together. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds).
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir gently. Let simmer for about 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Mix in lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked ravioli to the sauce and toss gently to coat.
Serve warm garnished with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
