  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons turkey bits (divided)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup whole whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower until tender (about 8–10 minutes). Mash in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
