  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable or canola oil (for frying)

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Stir in diced jalapeños until evenly mixed.
  3. Lay one egg roll wrapper flat, spoon about 1/3 cup of filling onto the center, and wet the edges with water.
