  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (for coating)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (for sauce)
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken chunks with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each seasoned chicken piece thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes per side).
  5. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook rotini pasta for 8–10 minutes until al dente; drain.
  6. In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  7. Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer; stir in grated parmesan until smooth.
  8. Toss cooked rotini into the creamy sauce until well-coated.
