  • 5 cups cubed sweet potatoes

  • 1 pound turkey sausage

  • 1/2 cup milk (plant-based milk can be substituted)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat avocado oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and green bell pepper; sauté until softened.
