  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the ditalini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
