  2. Mix the dough: In a large mixing bowl, add flour, kosher salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir gently until a sticky dough forms.
  3. First rise: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp towel; let it rise in a warm place for about 1–1½ hours or until doubled in size.
  4. Dimple the dough: Transfer risen dough to an oiled baking pan (9×13 inches). Gently press dimples into the surface with your fingertips.
