- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 medium jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 4 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Tortilla chips for serving
