  • 5 green bell peppers (halved & cleaned)
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup turkey pepperoni (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add chopped onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in pizza sauce and cream cheese, mixing until smooth.
  5. Fold in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
  6. Spoon the mixture into each halved bell pepper, packing it gently.
  7. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes or until peppers are tender.
