  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 tablespoon dried basil, 1 tablespoon dried parsley, 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder, 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder, ½ teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 ½ teaspoons coarse sea salt, and 3 cloves minced garlic.
  2. Pour in ⅓ cup of extra virgin olive oil over the spice mixture.
  3. Stir well until everything is combined.
