- 1 medium zucchini
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar (or honey)
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or mushroom-based alternative)
- Ground black pepper (optional)
