  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 bag (32 oz) fries (frozen or homemade)

  1. Preheat oven and prepare fries according to package instructions or make homemade fries by slicing russet potatoes and soaking them in cold water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then sear them for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
