  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
