  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix crushed pretzels, brown sugar, and flour. Add melted butter and stir until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  5. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch mixed with water over medium heat until thickened (about 10 minutes). Cool completely.
  6. Pour the cooled blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Cover and chill for another hour before serving.
