  • 1 lb cooked and chopped turkey bacon
  • 8 oz plain cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 oz ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
  • Crostini, pita chips, crackers, or tortilla chips for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook turkey bacon on a lined sheet pan until crispy (about 15-20 minutes). Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the chopped turkey bacon, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions (reserve some for garnish), and shredded lettuce.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a shallow serving dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, garnish with remaining bacon bits, tomatoes, and green onions.
