  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz package egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and mix with sour cream.
  5. In the prepared baking dish, layer creamy noodles followed by the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
