  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Soak shrimp in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Remove shrimp from buttermilk; dredge them in the seasoned flour until well coated.
  4. Dip each piece back into buttermilk and then roll them in panko breadcrumbs.
