  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • 6 ounces smoked gouda (shredded)
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 20 large fresh basil leaves
  • 2 large fresh mozzarella balls (16 oz total)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large saucepot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Whisk in the polenta and salt, then reduce heat to low. Cook for about 15 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
