- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 cups quick cook grits
- 8 oz smoked gouda cheese (shredded or cubed)
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth and minced garlic to a boil over medium-high heat.
