  • ¼ cup finely diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 6 chicken thighs (bone-in skin-on)
