  • 100g shrimp (or chicken/tofu)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 yellow onion (sliced)
  • 120g white mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 carrot (cut into matchsticks)
  • 2 spring onions (chopped)
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • Brown sugar
  • Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Boil udon noodles according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add mushrooms and cook until tender.
