  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 slices white cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices deli turkey
  • Thin tomato slices (from 1 medium red tomato)
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 4 strips cooked turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and slice the bread, cheese, tomatoes, and turkey if needed.
  2. Spread honey mustard on one side of each slice of sourdough. Layer cheddar cheese, turkey slices, spinach, tomato slices, and crispy turkey bacon on two pieces of bread. Top with another slice of bread (mustard side down).
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Grill the sandwiches until golden brown on one side (about 3-4 minutes), then flip and cook until both sides are toasted.
  4. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.
