- 1 rotisserie chicken (meat shredded)
- 2 cans white kidney beans (15 oz each)
- 1 can white corn (11 oz)
- 2 cans chopped green chilies (4 oz each)
- 2 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
