  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (divided)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold butter (2 sticks)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F. Prepare a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
