  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix beaten eggs, brown sugar, canola oil, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Fold in grated carrot, zucchini, and walnuts (if using).
