  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (for vegetarian option)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced snow peas
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • Kosher salt (or sea salt) to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions
