  • 1 cup salsa (divided)
  • 4 small Russet potatoes (scrubbed)
  • Fresh tomato salsa
  • Easy guacamole
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Chopped green onion
  • Pickled red onion
  • Sour cream

Instructions
