  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
