  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1 1/4 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark)
  • 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Peanut butter (creamy)
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Mini chocolate chips
  • 18 Large Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ (175℃) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  6. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets (6 per sheet) and bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Immediately press a Reese’s cup into each cookie as they cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
