2 sheets frozen puff pastry
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon dairy-free milk
Instructions
Prepare the raspberry filling by combining raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, water, and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until slightly thickened.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into triangles.
Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the pointy end, tucking in edges.
